2. Functional
These cookies remember choices you make and improve your experience — such as keeping you signed in across browser sessions and preserving filter preferences on search pages.

3. Analytics
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with Wexlo — which pages are most visited, how users navigate, and which devices they use — so we can improve the platform. All data is anonymous and stored on our own servers.

Analytics data is stored on Wexlo's own servers and is never shared with third parties. These cookies are set only if you grant analytics consent.
4. Marketing
Marketing cookies may be used in future to show relevant property listings or promotions on partner platforms. We would request your consent before setting any such cookies.
No marketing cookies are currently set.
Third-party cookies
When you choose to sign in with Google, Google's OAuth service may set its own cookies on accounts.google.com. These are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We do not control these cookies.
Payments on Wexlo Pro are processed by Stripe. Stripe may set cookies on their hosted checkout pages. These are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Legal basis
We rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for strictly necessary cookies, as they are required for the service to function. For all other cookie categories we rely on your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Wexlo is a business name registered in Malta and subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive as transposed into Maltese law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our website and, where appropriate, by requesting fresh consent.
