Is Basic really free?
Yes — creating a Basic listing costs nothing. You get a full photo gallery (up to 20 photos), a WhatsApp contact button, and direct buyer enquiries at no cost. Upgrading to Standard (€29) adds featured placement, a verified badge, and a longer 90-day listing duration.
What happens when my listing expires?
You'll receive an email reminder before expiry. You can renew your listing from your owner dashboard at any time — Standard at €29, Basic for free.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Standard later?
Yes. From your owner dashboard, any active Basic listing has an 'Upgrade to Standard — €29' button. The upgrade takes effect immediately after payment.
What is a Boost?
A Boost (€19) pushes your listing to the top of search results for 14 days. It works on any active listing — Basic or Standard — and can be renewed anytime from your dashboard.
Do you take a commission when I sell?
No. Wexlo charges only the listing and boost fees listed here. There is no commission or success fee on your sale or rental.
Is Wexlo for agents too?
No — Wexlo is for private owner listings only. Licensed agents use Wexlo Pro (wexlopro.duckdns.org), which is a completely separate platform.
